Borne Pepper is the official Sarawak pepper brought into Thailand, working with the Malaysian Pepper Board. We work directly with farmers in the interior of Borneo — Iban and Bidayuh families who have grown pepper on this land for generations. We import three varieties: black, white, and the rare creamy white. We provide them, in limited quantities, to the chefs and kitchens we believe will use them well.

The pepper is borne — carried — from one island to another. From the people who have always grown it, to the people who will know what to do with it.
